Hey, after the latest patch, Ive noticed that I cannot use my mouse scroll wheel anymore, anyone know what's up? Im running the game on Windows 7 64 bit
I got the fix - its a problem with Win7 64, for some reason a mouse with a tilt wheel causes an issue, so you need to install a driver for a non tilt wheel mouse to restore functionality. I also had the same issue with Dragon Age origins as well.

Good call, just switched from xp to win 7 pro 64 and I have the comfort mouse 3000, installed latest driver and had no scroll in game. Opened drive and changed mouse to the comfort optical 1000 and got mouse scroll in game working again.

Identical situation here. Just upgraded PCs from XP to Windows 7 Home 64-bit, but kept the same mouse and (presumably) drivers. In my case, it's a Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 5000. Scrolling is essentially non-functional in-game - if I spin the wheel like mad, I can sometimes get it to scroll slightly.
Sadly, there are no older models for me to switch to, and I don't want to risk losing the functionality of the extra mouse buttons, so I don't want to switch drivers to a different mouse entirely.
Oh, and this problem persists even though I've completely disabled the horizontal scrolling functionality through the Microsoft Mouse control panel.
Likewise - my old mouse finally died this morning. I rushed out to buy a new one (a Microsoft Laser mouse 5000 >.<) to find that scrolling works fine in everything but STO. Im on Vista64.
Tried changing drivers to another mouse but it still doesnt work. Pretty frustrating, mousewhhel scrolling is basic functionality, and a noticeable loss when it doesnt work. Plus its not exactly new tech.

Scroll wheel doesn't work today, though.
And I have a Razer Naga, I don't know if I can just install someone else's drivers.
