I dont care that the servers have been unstable since launch. What bothers me is that among all of the maintenance, downtime, and "features" (aka the queue) there has been an extreme absence of clear communication to us, your customers. Considering how easy it would be to keep us up to date with just a few little sentences, the lack of communication has been extremely insulting.
Now that you have our money I would appreciate at the very least a demonstration of common courtesy.
