Cryptic, i have now spent well over $300 on your game, i have just spent the last two hours trying to get onto the server and play it. your login servers suck, your queue system sucks and your server stability sucks

why did Aion online fail? all of the above... people are getting very turned off to ST:O

its not even live and im in and out of a queue for over two hours because your servers are full?...

I HOPE YOU ENJOY YOUR $20 MILLION BONUS FROM ATARI FOR PUSHING OUT A BROKEN GAME...

i have been here from the start, from the first day the forums were up, i was in closed beta, i life time subbed, i dont want to be negative about this game, but now even the die hard fans have had enough...

    This is HEAD START!!!

You can't possibly expect things to be working out fine for at least a year... it's an MMO, it's not a finished product. MMOs are an evolution, you pay for the promise of a playable game in the future.

    :D:D:D

Sorry, j/k... 24 hours ago you'd have been lambasted as a whining QQer who should GTFO.

Now it's just funny, that sad kind of funny that we get to cope with the travesties of life.

Its like no one has ever been through an mmo launch before. Star Wars Galaxies was hell, World or Warcraft was hell. This has been leaps and bounds better than the launch of those two. I think they are doing a great job getting the game going.

I agree we should not be in queue if we are lifetimers. I paid over $300.00 for this?!

But the monthly subscribers actually matter to the bottom-line, the lifers already gave up their dough. :p

Some people just simply can't be happy knowing that others are enjoying something that he/she is being denied access. It might be puzzling, but people who have long anticipated an event such as the STO Head Start, who have paid to participate in that activity, and are denied access to said event... get upset. Go figure!

Dear Cryptic, how much do I have to pay for you to keep washproof out of the game longer? :p

I remember getting booted every 5 minutes on first day of SWG. I also remember playing 6 months straight of trying to get a jedi, then hearing they were going to let everyone be a jedi.

I remember evequest when it first came out. Man, you though load times bad here. Try 4 to 5 minutes for the game to even start up and a minimum of 2 minutes wait for each place you zoned into.

Writing a post about the queue probably would take you longer than just waiting in the queue.

    So you paid 300 bucks...you can't play NOW....but...later maybe? Down the road.....maybe?

The only reason somebody buys a lifetime sub is he/she can't be bothered with monthly subs. So if this month nothing goes according to plan. F'k it, play next month. You've got the lifetime sub...you could care less..

I do agree though that lifetime subs should be guaranteed access to the server.

Disclaimer: I am not a lifetime subscriber.

That's my way of looking at it.

Been involved since closed beta, played through open beta (laughed at those who really had no clue what a open beta was about) and am quite happy to not rush through the headstart now.

Why? I've a lifetime sub. Can't play this week, I'll play next week. Just relax. It's not the end of the world.

Every single one of us is guranteed access to the server. Just not guranteed access RIGHT NOW.

Everyone who sits in the queue is guranteed access eventually.

I paid $10,000 and cut off my right ear to play, so I'm more important than everyone else!
