Open a second instance of the game, log in again and select your char.
I was stuck at 1152/1960 for the last 10 mins, moved 2 places up a min ago.
my second instance got in at 15/15
now has moved to 15/102
They obviously havnt tested their que properly. what.. 2 hours during open beta?

edit: after about 120 seconds it disconnected my first login, but the second one with the 15'th slot stayed connected..

its not passing by the que, the que doesent work.
It seems to just drop you in a random place when you try to log in. Either that or it doesent update properly

Since I was going to be in queue for like ever anyways, I decided to try this and you're actually correct, lol...

    Weird.

Went from sitting at 1678 of 2056

    To 156 of 613

    Very strange...

I agree the queue system seems to be broken. I have been sitting for maybe 5 minutes now in position 308 of X. In this case X is a value that continues to increase and my position (308) doesn't seem to decrease.

Initially I was in position 1087 of 1976. Then I was kicked back to the login screen. When I logged back in I got position 308.

    Hopefully Cryptic fixes this.

The que is a smokescreen. The servers aren't ready for action. Even if you get thru the que, you'll have 15 mins of play time TOPS before you get the dreaded "Server Not Responding" error and you get bumped out of the game.

What do you think is going on right now?

This is still final beta testing, no matter what anyone says.

I expect it will be like this until Tuesday.

    edit:

    ... or after, lol.

Yeah, feels like a continuation of beta testing to me too.

I'm a little disappointed that our play time this weekend was represented as being time spent on the "final" release product.

I expected some minor issues, but in the last day I have been able to play for maybe 90 minutes tops. Seems that perhaps this launch is heading in the direction of one of the poorer MMO launches I have seen. Should've Open Beta'd longer and pushed back the launch date.

Oh well, that is Atari for you.

Thanks. I was wondering why they were spelling "what" in Spanish.

It's "queue," people..."QUEUE"... "Que" is "what" in Spanish. Let's learn to spell, shall we? :-)

Well, I got in. Attempted to resume my mission. Sat at a loading screen for two miinutes and then got the dreaded "server not responding" error. Now I am queued again.

    That was fun.

Oh well, I think I'll just give up for now and go back to playing Mass Effect 2.

Well, look on the bright side. You've got a 4-day headstart on the Server Queue. That way on Tuesday you'll be used to the wait time.

Do Not Do This. You Will Kick Yourself Out Of Queue And Have To Start Over Waiting.
