12 month subscriptions-- yup I just got one

Just got my 12 mo. subscription. Looking forward to it.

    Thinkin' about doing this after I get my tax return and financial aid check.

    can u go over the process of gettin ure sub, cause iam still waiting on gettin my dam preorder codes. Anyway to get ure sub any other way??!??! I WANTS MY LIFETIME! AHHH

    i'd imagine you just go to your account and purchase a lifetime sub.

    I have an extra head start code you can use to get your lifetime before Feb 1st, PM me if you are interested.

    Thing is I ordered my amazon collectors edition but wont arive till like feb16+ so amazon said today there sappose to give me my code but they werent specific what code it is. Still nothing in my email. Just want to get my lifetime out of the way and know iam secure with the goodies and the sub

    Sorry, my GF said she moved it because she didn't think it was important, I will look for it and if I find it I will give you a shout!

    If you already ordered the game then I would contact Cryptic and let them know and they should give you the lifetime for the $240 price.

    cool i appreciate that amigo, yeah ive sent massive emails to cryptic with a copy of the reciept for proof of my order, did that yesterday still no reply. And waiting on amazon to send my headstart code too today, they say it sappose to come 2 days after order, seeing as i ordered on friday it should be here today the lady said......but she could be wrong too sigh...

    hi. i was about to get life time subscription but now theyve brought in a QUE system!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am currently 2012 in the que and this is the reason why instead im not going to be on STO

    As long as you have a receipt saying you bought it before Feb 1st and emailed them stating you want to buy the lifetime sub they should give you the price before Feb 1st, even if they don't respond until later.

    So you would rather they just say: Server full, now bugger off and try later?

    And even though they should have known, they will not just buy 20 servers for the hell of it.... These servers cost about $50,000 each, as they most likely use blade servers, fully decked out...

    And it is hard to know what will happen in a MMO, WoW with 11 million people subscribing originally had 200,000 paying subs as a goal when they started, when that was hit in the first 2 weeks, they freaked and ordered new servers... This always happen with MMO's...

    Im hoping so *crosses fingers* but iam so worried that its gonna take till the final day to get something goin seeing i have yet to get anything from cyrptic about my tickets. Problably because there closed on weekends or something :(

    its because they are dealing with the servers and lauch TRIBBLE, but I saw a dev state something about not recieving your pre-order codes before the Lifetime deadline was up, I wouldn't worry too much about it.

    yah i figured that would be the case to, fixing as many bugs prior to launch, totally understandable.

    Heres how it worked for me.

    I ordered a few months ago the collectors edition.. which gave me beta game access.. I downloaded the game and was able to play beta.

    then I saw the 12 month limited time offer for the subs.. so.
    I clicked on that link and paid for 12 months.
    the website page under my account status says 12 month subscription.
    thenI received the cd game disc in the mail.
    I installed the cd.. hoping for more content and voices and whatnot.
    after the game finished installing it took me to the website and opened up a similar page to the one where i got my 12 month sub. then it asked me for the product key.
    Once i typed in the key it said my account was activated for Collectors edition.
    also the collectors edition started a 30 free day trial.. so really i hope my 12 month sub starts after the free trial ends. otherwise i loose a month. whatever tho. I wouldve got lifetime but was short on $$

    thats basically it.

    You can access the subscriptions through your online account.
