Critical - AIM function in ground combat

Two major issues here:

When in Aim mode ("C")-

a) If an enemy moves behind you or if you circle around an enemy beyond ~90 degrees from where you originally locked onto the enemy left and right strafe controls reverse. At ~180 degrees forward and backward are reversed. This makes ground combat extremely frustrating....

b) If you switch weapons (for example, you have exposed and are switching to your exploit weapon) your target is lost, and in some cases your charicter will turn 180 degrees away from battle leaving your back exposed (the turn seems to occur more often if you are standing in front of a shield generator). This essentially breaks the expose/exploit mechanic in ground combat as by the time you have tabbed thru your enemies to get back to the exposed target the expose has timed out.

In the current state it becomes more effeciant to abandon the AIM mechanic entirely, please fix.

EDIT:
One more for aim function:
When locked on to an enemy down hill, once the enemy is killed your view snaps to level makeing it very difficult to lock onto the next downhill enemy. View should not snap to these extremes after kill.

oh i totally agree, the whole Aim "feature" thing is so borked i get motion sickness when fighting on a grade. camera is level, pick an enemy, camera looks down-- enemy dies, camera goes back up, tab an enemy, camera down again, up down up down up down-- blech.

also, camera reversing with character orientation, i'm just seconding your statement. selected enemy runs past character, character and camera turn around to follow them, enemy dies, character returns to original facing-- but now the camera is backwards (the character is looking directly into it) with no way to tab a new enemy. couple this with fighting on a hill, incline or decline, and it's a nightmare.

i have stated in a post a long time ago that i don't need to be looking down the gun to see what my character is "aiming" at. it's not even a mechanic of the game, i trust that the Aim scripts are running.

so just get the camera away from my character when i am using the Aim feature, that would fix half of the issue right there.

or you could just turn off the special aim cam in the options, like i did.

This is clearly bugged as it breaks one of the key elements of ground battle, need to get this fixed.
