every time I click on a page, a new one (or two) pop up. Lets face it, they have to bring it down to patch, and even if it was unexpected, there was a reason it went down, if it's faulty they will fix, release a small patch, and open it back up again. No MMO is up 24/7!!!!
I guess they didn't count on the numbers players in other time zones pulling an all nighter making pop still high when the USA is at peak time. I mean they knew how many pre order heads starts were out there for capacity details.

STO will be there tomorrow. I'll play it tomorrow. Getting to T2 will be just as sweet tomorrow as it would be tonight. Let it go and find other ways to fill your time. Don't let any one thing consume you so completely... ever.

I don't remember (been a couple of years since I played) having all the servers go down three times, two of which were "unexpected", in one day (PST, it's 2am the 31st here). But I might be mistaken. I had no illusions that HS was a sign up charlie. Just sorta getting sick of submitting tickets and waiting out down times with this wonderful and enjoyable community forum.

It's a shame, really. What's worse is that companies nowadays try to ride poor quality based purely on brand names and popularity. And us the consumers still take the bait. It really isn't fair.

its to much, i cant take it anymore. I just restarted for the third time with my borg char today and i wanted to get it to Lt. Cmdr by the end of the day and i'm at ensign grade 2.
Wow didn't have near the problems of this, even in beta. Thats not to say it doesnt have other issues, but stability wasn't one of them - at least not on this scale.

Holy cow do you remember WoW launch day? The server crashes were spectacular. I was running characters on four separate servers and most were still unavaible. It was like being in a Best Buy on black Friday....
