Do we have a fix yet for the massive stuttering on the sol space station and ground missions?
It seems to come and go and all attempts to resolve it by turning down in game graphic settings have failed.
My computer is way past the recommended specs.
No matter how much I tinker with the resolution or level of details, the lag persist.

Nvidia 196.21 driver solves the issue for some people
Got a Q9550@3,8Ghz, Intel x25-M 80Gb, 4Gb RAM, GTX260 had same issue, installing 196.21 driver fixed it.
Before that only turning off Dynamic Lightning fixed it. Rest was set to max quality.
I have noticed everything has been running much smoother during head start than in open beta. I don't know if it is less people playing or if the patches are resolving the issues. The only thing i have recently noticed is some sound problems. Other than that everything is Great.. Keep up the Good work DEV's
I get this problem as well, and graphical detail makes no difference, it does seem like server lag, strange its so prevailant on away missions and not in space tho...

I'm getting this problem as well, I'm not getting DC as often compared to Beta when loading, but im now lagging/rubberbanding hard core in both space and ground now, at least in beta it was only on ground missions.
No matter what I do graphically nothing seems to work. Any ideas?
I'm running a corei7 920 (no overclocking) c/w ati 4850, 6 gig ram, 64 bit windows 7, heaps of cooling with my antec case which is pretty much black mesh with fans on it and some blue lights.
I'm getting major lag here too; this is way worse than the beta. I barely complained during the beta, as I know how hard it is to develop and execute these complex MMOs. However, I'm a little peeved with this "paid beta."
seems after the crash of 30 jan (not the main DT) that it got worse for some. i had it where my settings were great for everything but ES and a cpl other places...and now it lags and stutters again....and i changed nothing in my settings.
Everyone always blames Video for the stutter and lag.
Try updating your sound drivers.
Sound can cause very strange things to happen.
i was having same ground / starbase problem. Update to video And Sound drivers fixed it.

If I play outwith of peak times, it runs great, rest of the time it runs like TRIBBLE.
