Lifetime member you may have signed in and noticed that there is no Liberated Borg for you to choose from. This is due to an issue that they had at launch. if you are still experiencing this issue, Cryptic has recommended that you submit a ticket.

They made a correction that fixed most accounts but some are still affected by the issue. One Dev mentioned that the ones still affected are those purchased within the last 24 hours. I am in this boat with you guys and I have submitted a ticket that I am still waiting for a reply on.
If a dev would also let us know what category ticket (billing/tech) we should place this under and any keywords that would assist in you finding the Lifetime tickets.
