Hopefully this might get noticed in all the traffic. I've raised a ticket for the missing borg (bought lifetime days ago with ref numbers etc and shows on the website when I check).
However only 2 char slots and no borg. I've raised the ticket as instructed. Basically what I'm asking is there any indication on how long the support 'queue' is? 30 minutes / 3 hours / 3days ?
I'm sure everyones working hard on it

Would be nice to have a clue about timescales.

LOL my ticket was made 3 hrs ago and hasn't been looked at.. so I guess any NEW tickets are up to 8,9,10+ hrs now
Greetings, Due to the large amount of traffic we are currently seeing, the Borg are currently not appearing properly in the C-store. We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible. Once this issue has been resolved Lifetime Account holders will be able to access the Liberated Federation Borg during Head Start. To access this race you must first make a character and log in. Once in-game you will need to access the C-Store (through the drop-down arrow on the right side of the mini-map) go to the "special unlocks" tab and select the Liberated Federation Borg. Once you have done so, you will then be able to create a playable Borg in the character editor. As for special pre-order items - you will receive these items when you activate your retail key, on or after Feb 2, 2010. This includes the Joined Trill. The pre-order key only grants you access to the head start. If after you enter your retail key you still do not have your pre-order incentive items, please submit a ticket and we will be more than happy to assist you. It was after this they enabled the borg for some accounts, but not mine, I am still waiting for other ticket response.
