I'm also missing my slots and borg, paid a month ago... can see lifetime in my subscription page.
What bothers me is that I've had tickets in since a couple of minutes after the server started up and I don't even have a "we are aware and investigating" type message...
Maybe they truly think it's fixed and aren't even looking at it?
You aren't gong to see the physical slots, however if you mouse over the "Create A Federation Character" button, you'll get a mouse tag that says how many slots you have. I have my 4, but I don't actually see the slots in the window.
I have several copies codes entered, so that shouldn't apply to me.. Also, the borg is part of the lifetime - not the pre-order of any copy. I do however see the lifetime flag on my account.
