Have Lifetime sub: Not showing 4 char slots NOR Lib Borg...

This is quite disconcerting. Need some info here. I'm seeing devs/admins saying this issue has been resolved, yet I'm seeing it's not.

    Likewise... No Borg, no extra slots. $240, ppl. All I ask for is a tall ship and a Borg to sail her by.

    have the same problem and no reply to my ticket but since so many have the same issue i know it will be awhile before a reply.

    Apparently if it is still not working

    WE have to WAIT 4 to 8 hours (assuming you posted a ticket)

    BAIT AND SWITCH

    FRAUD

    FALSE ADVERTISING!

    You said you were adding it to my account, I paid you 240 dollars to do that. You did not, you stole my money.

    I'm also missing my slots and borg, paid a month ago... can see lifetime in my subscription page.

    What bothers me is that I've had tickets in since a couple of minutes after the server started up and I don't even have a "we are aware and investigating" type message...

    Maybe they truly think it's fixed and aren't even looking at it?

    Bump, just to get all thes up to the top. So the DEV's know that there is still a problem, and THEY need to fix it NOT ME or US.

    Yeah, I submitted a ticket also. I have a 12 month membership and no extra slots, so we'll see. I'm glad I'm not the only one.

    Didn't you know we were still in Beta?!

    I mean think about it, "Hey everyone, we know there is a problem just report the bug to us and we will fix it...eventually."

    You aren't gong to see the physical slots, however if you mouse over the "Create A Federation Character" button, you'll get a mouse tag that says how many slots you have. I have my 4, but I don't actually see the slots in the window.

    I have several copies codes entered, so that shouldn't apply to me.. Also, the borg is part of the lifetime - not the pre-order of any copy. I do however see the lifetime flag on my account.

    When I mouse over the "create" button, I see one slot free. My account shows:

    well over a hour later and still only shows 2 slots when i move mouse over it guess ill try it again later :(
