The servers - up or down?

The website says it's up, but the patcher says it's not (along with something about account issues). Err... so which is it?

UPDATE: trying again but stalled on "Attempting to connect to controller tracker". After a minute or so I got the "Accout error, pleae contact billing support" message.

    iam trying to log in sice 2 and a half hour.... iam very disapointed of cryptic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111111:mad:
