Was there an undocumented change on how resistance %s are calculated?
I could have sworn 1 or 2 days ago it was the standard 0 base, with multiple items/skills causing diminishing returns.
e.g. 50% resist item + 30% resit item = 65% resist.
Now, however, the same 50% resist item would only give 32.8% resist (still assuming 0 base res).
e.g. 50% resist item + 30% resit item = 43.1% resist.
Anyone, with a few more maths skills than I, wanna explain? Also, has anyone else noticed if this has in fact changed recently? (I have a feeling this may have stemmed from QQ about engineers in ground PvP)
