OK so I have beta tested just about every major title out there and also Sony GAP Gamer Advisory Panel member and test for them....
I have never seen a Beta this bugged this close to launch!!! Period! Getting help to fixes ???? None at all!
This game could have potential .
Usually Support will give you fixes to game issues....such as for the last 3 days I have been stuck loading at the Sol System and no one has a fix.. I have reinstalled the client 4 times.. and made new characters.. still nothing.. and no help!!! NOT A GOOD SIGN AT ALL.....hope this changes when the title goes live.
Be nice if a Dev would even respond about this issue... Never had this problem in the beta of SWG or WOW

I appreciate your bringing up the issue. Customer service is extremely important. Currenlty, we have decided against the life time subscription...my friends, family and myself. We may reconsider down the road and customer service and responses to player needs will have a large part in the decision.

Uh, both of the other games had some issues too prior to launch if I remember correctly, especially swg. I remember months after swg lauched it was still pretty buggy. On the other hand, I've seen games that have been way buggy prior to release then once they shut beta down and went live it seemed to play waaaaay better than you would of thought. Anyways, I'm sure complaining isn't going to help out the situation. If you really care about the game then report the bugs and stop complaining.

oh for like a retail product that you've paid for ? you want that for a free beta ?
here's a thought instead of offering you customer service maybe the devs are actually, oh I don't know , working on the game
well true ,they are busy fixing game,and this is beta,so they only need to gather information,not tell everyone that submits a bug report ,how they intend to fix it.

don't you think giving them some spec's of what your running and patch's your launcher's. Have to say there's thousands playing, Just because you can't does mean it has to be crypic's fault.

From the launcher, got to options, and check the safe mode box.
This usually fixes any stuck between zone problems that I've had. You just have to relog, and reset all your graphic options again afterwards... Give it a try, can't hurt...
Support will be greater at launch. You're not really a customer yet. :P
Also if this is the most bugged beta you've ever played you haven't played many Betas. This is in the top 10% for me in terms of bugs and stuff at launch.
So you have played every big game at a Beta level already. Shame you have no idea how the Beta actually works. I call ******** on your claim.

The staff working on fixing the game and those dealing with customer service are almost never the same person. Over fifteen years in customer service tells me that it is always a good time to judge a company on how they respond to the customer. I am sure you would feel differently if you were the one shut out of the game, beta testing or not.:D

Not complaining it is called feedback... my point is the reason for a beta is to report problems with the game..

The reason for the lack of customer service is because there are so many bug tickets for this beta that its overwelming. The last I looked there were some 500,000+. They have only looked at one of my five or more tickets, so be clam if it takes a while for customer service to look at them.

I've seen FAR FAR worse... and I bet this game's launch will go smoother than EQ1, EQ2, WOW, and AION LOL
And they have actually communicated very well unlike SOE does. I love the EQ series , but SOE has one of the worst communication skill sets of most MMO companies.
Let's see so far I've seen tons of dev chats, constant posts when the server goes down, tons of patch notes.... What else do you want from them?

It all depends on the ticket you send in and the severity of the bug AND the number of people having said bug.
I've had customer server respond to all but one of my tickets. Mostly it's just a generic reponse saying they've entered into their database of issues... and that's personally ok with me. Othertimes, I've had them personally addressed, items restored that were lost, etc.
Enjoy not paying to play. I doubt Cryptic nor anyone in the game will miss you. You either like it or you don't. I'll judge them more on their level of service after things settle down, but so far I have seen little to support your arguments.
