When my character equips dual phaser pistol the Right pistol is positioned wrong when the character's hands are down. The pistol actually looks offset and appears outside of the character's hand.
If it matters my character is in a swagger stance.

Anyone have this problem with Dual weapons also?
I have this problem as well, and have bugged it in game.
having the same problem but only while i crouch... but actually its the complete left arm that looks like it has been crippled/hanging down and the hand is twisted. looks really awful.
otherwise im in normal stance. while running/standing/walking all looks fine.
This bug only happens when you choose certain stances for your character. Using the Brawler stance the pistols will appear to be held above the wrists. But changing from Brawler to Feminine will show the pistols being properly held.
Changing to a different stance at the tailor will fix this for you till they get around to fixing the bug.
I bugged this like a week ago in Open Beta, and was unpleasantly surprised when I equiped one of my Bridge officer's with dual pistols this morning to discover the problem was still around.
The cute stance as well as swagger stance seem to be bugged for the dual pistol placement. Just bumping this thread so we don't have to switch stances or secondary weapon to clear the bug.
I haven't had any trouble's with the dual pistol's..... Although I haven't had another set since Beta
Yeah... Are dual phaser pistols MK III and higher purchasable off a vendor or are they drops? I really like the pistols even with the broken wrist look.
I've got the same issue with the thoughtful stance.
Additionally, if I crouch into aim mode, my character seems to have his left arm pinned to his side. Using the cone attack looks really weird. He stands up and fires one from the normal position and the other from his hip where the gun is pivoted on his wrist. (While the arm is still pinned to his side.)

Yes that happones to me too. I thought that it was using the animation from when you use 1 gun but your character uses 2 hands then. I hope that they fix it soon because i love my duales!

if your dual pistals bug out
change to your second weapon and back again repeat a few times and hey presto back to normal
hope this helps
