Game Runs OK From Home, Not Elsewhere

Hello Guys,

I play from two different locations. The first is home, where I have a 10MB/S cable connection. The second is a college campus which is presumably running a shared T1. From home, the game runs fine. From campus, there is showstopping lag. On the rare occassion I can log in, I see a red "server not responding" message overlaying the top of the loading splash screen. Then, once I'm in-game, I am stuck and cannot move and everything around me is frozen or drifting.

Now, I'm able to play Star Wars Galaxies from campus with no problem, as well as other online games. So, my question is do you think the issues I'm having from campus have to do with the internet connection? Do you think the unexpected server loads you've been having are contributing? Do you think there's a good chance conditions will improve by launch? I'd really like to be able to play this game wherever I've been able to play anything else. BTW, I am playing on the same machine in both locations (laptop).

Thanks.
