With all these people getting a server busy message, I feel that my problem is falling on deaf ears.

I specifically cannot connect to the server. Thats right, I do not make it to the front door for someone to tell me its full. Everytime I ask why I can't "Connect" people assume this means I'm just another noob who doesn't understand what a full server is. At first I was patient, but day 3 and still no answers so now its just really annoying having to re-explain that I'm not stuck in line. I'm not even out the door.

When I ask serious questions like "Why doesn't the Console reveal my IP activity?" or "How do I over-ride a Time Out?" or "How am I supposed to report bugs that happen in Holodeck?" Nobody answers. Its like this gaping lack of information out there! I have scoured the forums looking for answers and been glued to IRC asking every so often hoping to catch someone who knows whats up.

I know somebody had to have encountered these issues in closed beta, right? Is there a debugging guide so I can try and fix this myself via the Advanced Command Line?

All I ask is this: Throw me a bone here! Recognize my problem is internal and help me get connected.
