Can We Get Help For Real

is there anyway to try and help all the people whom are haveing same issues??? there are tons of posts about crashing people cannot log in for more than 10 mins before crash over and over we all have fixed issues on client side welll i hvae updated everything double checked checked everything on pc side here over and over..please can we get some help from someone i have ticket in still thats crazy..please this isnt good i know its beta but stil if it keeps going like this questions just ignored then i see what is going to happen later closer to launch

    im really not trying to be mean or anything but i have had this issue from get go....i dont like spending maybe 20 mins in game then a hour trying to get back in to play for 5 mins then repeat its just a kill joy..

    BTW this is like the 10th post I have but up they are ignoreing us in this area of fourms seams they wnt they money from all of us that pre-orderd game and when launch comes we get to look at a nice shiney box while others play

    I would be really ****ed off if when I got the game I still couldn't get past the ****ing Cryptic Launcher Autoupdate.

    I just dont understand the problem really.....I have tested everything..It almsot I need to reinstal whole system then redownlaod and try....Play for 10 mins the o reinstall agian...that sounds fun

    great game....not..cant even play it sad but everyone that has asked so far all i cn say is game is good but they are not fixing chrashing iussues stay away from it

    I would definitely go ape **** if they don't get it working when I am suppose to be able to play 4 days before the game launches. They have a little less than two weeks to get everything working for everyone. They really need to help us out here who can't even play. I read somewhere else however that they had to shop rush some new servers for the game because they were over crowded and what not. This might be the issue with people who can't even get past certain points of logging in or getting past he Cryptic Launcher Autoupdate, who knows. Just a thought. :confused:

    when io can log in...ok i get over crowed but i dont get that they cant fix the crashes alot of people are having...thats the issue

    I have installed the newest catyl drivers 9.12 also and still crapping out all the time i allways chrash....gettingid error 6719096 alot i have reinstalled fix for a bit but still same thing......trying to do it one more time its great fun reinstalling and patcing a game over and over

    I can't stay in the game for over 10 min WITHOUT a client crash. Even in game safe mode.

    they dont care about us tha crash out they only care about fixing quest missions and TRIBBLE us that cant even play right now

    It's really taxing and difficult if not impossible to address everyone personally I generally report issues and have faith they'll be resolved. About your question though - have you read the sticky thread? It talks about how to report crashes to Cryptic.

    You do realize the game is in beta right now? This isn't merely a "free preview before launch," there are going to be problems and rather than address each individual problem with every person who is having a problem, they're just going to collate a list of problems, work the fixes into the RTM build, and go from there?

    In short, if it doesn't work for you, wait for the game to actually release before you start whining about lack of support. It's in their good graces that there's an open beta in the first place, and that's really only because the public tends to be far better than dedicated QA teams for finding bugs.

    its not whinning its a fact that its been a issue for many about haveing all these crashes somthing needs to be done to address the needs of people like myself and others that cannot even get game working///crashes while trying to even patch is just dumb thats happening everywhere too..so please get some help here why the crashes keep happening

    xNAILSx is right it’s not whining. If this is how the devs treat people now, what’s going to happen when we start paying? It would be nice if they would at least acknowledge that some of us have problems outside of ‘Oh I deleted my gun can I get it back.’
