Do you see any files names shown on the blue screen? if so what is it because if its an nvidia file then you probably need to roll back your drivers. Dont know why it would only happen after the patch though.
By the way are you using a beta version of the drivers for your graphic card? if not try it and see what difference it makes.

I'm having the same problem without using the newest drivers. I'm updating them right now and if that doesn't work, I'll hit up the betas. Seems weird that the client ran fine throughout closed beta and up until last night's patch though.
