I keep getting this error "There was an error processing your request." I've checked all my info and it is correct. I've tried to enter a new card and get the same error. Any ideas?

I've tried it a bunch of times...I'll probably get charged like 15 times for this....

Question: Have you entered a preorder key first?

    Not support, just helping. :)

I for one do have my preorder key input. Been playing since it started. Come on Cryptic, I just want to give you money? Are you too good for my money?

Should this fail and they won't take your money, maybe I can help you?

You could say I'm a professional at taking someone's money. :D

Are you female? No? Then there are people better at taking money.
If you are female, then congrats, you and a professional at taking people's money!

Sorry to be off topic, I couldn't resist.

    Last off-topic, I promise!

I take my employer's money. (legally)

That's taking more money than my wife takes from me, so... But yes, she's professional at taking -my- money.

Well here's a tip: DON'T keep retrying the transaction. It charged me four times

Anyone else seeing this? I tried again this morning and same error. I also checked my account online and I havent been charged 50 times for it either.

I have 3 keys entered and I'm logged in using the correct account.

Just called my bank and they said it was flagged as a fraudulant charge and that's why it wasn't going through. I had them on the phone while I did it this time and everything worked fine.

Confirmed as well - your credit card bank is most likely stopping the charge because it gets flagged as a transaction that doesn't fit your normal profile.

Call the support # on the back of your credit card to have them clear that mechant, and make sure they cancel any charges that obviously didn't go through.
