Verify your client data files (*.hogg files) to ensure you didn't download corrupted files. You should get clean files from Cryptic, but downloading from other sources might create a situation where you have corrupted files (especially if the download is interrupted prematurely or drops packets without receiving replacement packets).

This might also help you if you've installed but you can never launch the game.
I hope that at least helps those who are experiencing this problem. If they're corrupted, just delete them and run the launcher to download them automatically. G'night STO community!
