GMT is Greenwich Mean Time... PST is -8 hours from GMT... so 9:30 PST, which is the new ETA, is going to be 5:00 AM in GMT. That's right; it is in fact tommorow there.

I believe you would have to subtract 8 hours from the PST time and you'll have your answer.

So...two days of being in the Open Beta...two days when the servers are down during the times I can play.

    Loving it so far.

Next time can we bend over the eastern time zone players instead?

    Yeah, I went there.

You know, those are all guesses. :) They might be running into a more severe problem then originally expected.

I've seen Turbine promise things like this before for their LOTRO servers. They promised a few hours. That turned into many hours, which later turned into more than a whole day, lol.

if you read the news forum they put another post in saying it would be delayed, not to worry, all part of beta testing, id rather they had delays patching now rather than in 3 weeks time

I can't believe there is a discussion about converting time zone differences and that I'm even replying to it, but I just had to say "Go learn some Kindergarten Math." This is such a simple problem and yet there are trekkies talking about it.;)

FYI .. Server status is in several locations.

On the top of the startrekonline.com homepage and if the launcher can authenticate you it will show op the top right there as well.
