McAfee detecting trojan in torrent

Getting a trojan warning from McAfee while downloading the torrent.

Detected: Malformed Archive (Trojan)
Quarantined From: C:\Users\Al\Downloads\Star Trek ST.0.20100108a.0\directx\JUN2008_d3dx9_38_x86.cab


Apparently a false positive, but it's continually cancelling the download at around 79%

    Disable macafee till youve downloaded and installed the client.
