Leveling character

Not sure if this is a bug or if I am doing something wrong. I have earned 1500 points to level up my character I am an Ensign level 2. I go to the skills page use the arrows to level up areas click accept and receive an error message stating "There was an error while leveling up" (Something like that). I tried leveling up different areas but still get the same error. I was able to level up my one crewman with out any problems. Not exactly sure what the problem is. I reported the bug in game also but thought I would post it here too.

    I have this issue on my Saurion character that I made the first time i logged onto closed beta.

    My betazoid character I made a few hours later after finding this bug does not have this problem.

    Hope this gets fixed, I like my purple guy :D
