Crash at starfleet symbol

System

hey i have instaled the game run the patcher used force verify and deleted the hogg files but i still crash after the cryptic and load screen when it gets to the starfleet insignia ..... i have no ide what i can do i am runing a fresh install of windows 7 and updated drivers the error is fatal error (no id number is givin)
