Hey. While I am no expert on these matters, I hope I can share some of the answers I had for similar questions.
I ordered my game instore. I went in last week and recieved my OB card from the clerk. He told me that I would recieve the "code" for my pre-order incentives in the game box. Apparently the incentives aren't usable in the OB.
If you ordered online, apparently they are supposed to e-mail you said codes.
Then call them about it. You should have gotten a code from them.
Did that and still no signal. Now seeking here for what is going on. Receiving open beta key in time would had suggest that I would also receive my head-start key in time. This does not look good and wonder what actions are taken to pro-actively resolve the situation.
Did you order the DDE from Gamestop? That is where the problem looks to be at. I ordered DDE from them and also didn't get my beta code and it seems to be the same for a lot of others.

It was a digital download purchase and not a boxed pick up in store.
Box 2 says "A beta activation code and download instructions will be emailed beginning 1/11/10." Does not say you will get it by 1/11. If you have an issue with a pre order, you need to take it up with who is selling it to you as Cryptic has no way of knowing what you may have purchased or not.

now someone starting to bring something. So those buying from gamestop retail store did get it and not the one who chose the digital download? interesting business process flaw...
If you ordered the game from Gamestop (or ebGames) and chose store pickup, call your local store and ask if they have your beta key. Then go in and pick it up. I ordered it online, chose store pickup and went in Sunday to get my key. ebGames then emailed me another key.
Don't wait for phone calls, emails, etc. Be proactive and call your local store and ask for your key.

sorry to pop your bubble of protect-the-corps. Those are not my problems as a customer. It's to the offering parties to make sure that they are set and organised properlly with their partners so that they deliver on time. I'm not buying to this kind of semantics.

I don't know for sure, but the information I have managed to pick up is because the digital version is handled by Trymedia and not Gamestop directly. Gamestop sent their codes out while Trymedia has yet to do so.

what is so difficult to understand about internet digital download? there is no local store involved with internet digital download purchase. only emails contacts....

If you want your beta access, it is surely your problem and you need to take the correct steps to get your issue resolved... by contacting the company that sold you a product you are not getting.

lol... and I supposed that Cryptic is not the company who sold the product right, confusing ressellers and distributors in the process....
OK then the only thing I could think of is to call gamestop find out where and when the keys will be available.
I hoped to escalate already to someone at Cryptic in order that THEY contact their resseller, namely Gamestop, to verify with them what is the issue, apparently a prob with digital downloads handled by trymedia and address the issue globaly from their side so that not every single end user needs to trigger a new ticket each time to obtain an unpredictable result.
Enough with throwing corporate responsabilities over the customers.

you want somebody in cryptic, who obviously is busy, to take the time to contact a 'middleman' and ask trymedia, on behalf of gamestop, to fix a problem your having, even though the responsibility was handed to the highest (or lowest, actually) bidder?
so... if you bought a used dodge from a local ford dealership, would you would contact the dodge production manager and ask him to fix your broken cup holder?
cryptic just gave distribution rights to gamestop, who then used TRYMEDIA for their digital side. if TRYMEDIA failed to deliver, take it up with TRYMEDIA...
or.. get off your lazy TRIBBLE and walk into a gamestop and get a card. EVEN if you didnt order it there, have never even been inside that store's doors, just walk up to the clerk, and ask them for a beta code for your preorder. they're not going to check, they have a stack of the things in a drawer.

So I don't understand what your claim is
So when did you order, and what false claims are you going on about

Did you buy it in a store, or via e-mail?
Claim is crystal clear. pre-ordered and no reception of said bonus. If you don't understand the question, avoid trying to answer it.
it is for the digital download not boxed and no emails other than the confirmation pre-order ID received Dec 16, 2k9. After that nothing.
Then call them about it. You should have gotten a code from them.
The pre-order bonus will not start until the game comes out on Feb 2. The open beta will NOT include any of the bonus.
Edit: I also pre-ordered from GameStop (Online with in store pick up) I was able to pick up my beta key card they also emailed the key to me.

So are you saying you did, get the open beta key?
I know the diff between the goodies and open beta. please people, before answering read carefully. refer to gamestop page http://www.gamestop.com/Catalog/ProductDetails.aspx?product_id=73923
And read BONUS box 2 carefully.
It was a digital download purchase and not a boxed pick up in store.
--no signal-- reference to "radio silence".... no news, no nothing.
--- computer, start level 1 diagnostic on universal translator.
