not allowd to log on to server

i cant find were to pay for my subscription can that be the problem or is the game free right now ither way i can only start in safe mode and when the game starts it says that i can log on to sever now... any remedys

    You have access to open beta, not the release game. As such you can only play when you are told to. This is currently 10 am PST today ( or 6pm GMT)

    As for subscription information etc, this is not available until head start on the 29th of this month.
