Thanks Rich and Flo for the insight into the Aetherians.

What is "Iad-Namad" and the "Aether"?

Rich: What Aether? There’s no Aether here…. (Don’t tell them about the Aether, Flo!) (:

Flo: Iad-Namad is the capital of the Aetherian homeworld - or at least, that's what Thaseen-Fei says. Sometimes capitals or countries also have second meanings, kind of like how Turkey is both a country and an animal. Iad-Namad is the same. If you're interested in the Aetherian homeworld, you can learn a little more about it in "The Onslaught" lore blog. If you're curious about the more literal meaning of Iad-Namad, you might find it in the Enochian dictionary. As for the Aether, who knows :::)

So I searched for an 'Enochian dictionary' and the closest I can get to translating 'Iad-Namad' is something along the lines of

    God, trinity, your god.

Since the Aetherians represent a duality (Iconians mixed with Borg), I'm theorising that their capital is something that represents the Iconians, Borg, and the Alliance. Maybe the Federation in their dimension already willingly joined them?

Either that, or Q or the 'god' from the movie with Sybok could be involved somehow.

Taking the mentioned comparison with Turkey and how names can have different meanings, it's probably not a literal capital. Maybe it's the land of where 'our' gods and those of the Borg and the Iconians live? Or it's just their main factory where they build their new drones, i.e. 'capital' as in the stuff used to produce goods lol.

Either way, I like the hints and am very curious now.

For me Axiom was one of the worst episodes I have played. I don't mean to be negative but I think feedback is important. It’s one of the only episodes I never want to replay, usually I replay new content for the event points and for the first time in a long time I didn’t reply this mission, I just couldn't face playing it a 3rd time onwards.

I know a lot of people worked hard and for a long time on Axium. I don’t mean to take away from that. But as a player I just didn’t enjoy playing the mission. Perhaps its just me and other players enjoyed it.

Using the dictionary at http://www.archidox.org/The Whole Enochian Dictionary.pdf if you ctrl-f iadnamad (no dash), it's likely undeflied knowledge, perhaps undefiled knowledge of god (the Enochian script is just a weird font, but is recognized as roman letters).
