If DECA is in EU time, why are the patches being rolled out during prime EU/UK playing time?! Those of us who work and have lived don't have time to wait for patches during evenings.

There will ALWAYS be a time that is inconvenient for someone no matter what. While it IS a rather odd time for a patch even for West Coast US... maybe they felt getting this out as soon as possible was the right call.
I can't take it anymore! Could everyone just chill out for two seconds before something CRAZY happens again?!

I would not mind but this is the second day in a row, and none of the fixes in this patch are major and they could have waited until thursday.
And if they are changing the patch times going forward they could have least said yesterday in the patch notes or in multiple areas that it is a prem change so people could plan around it especially when not 1 but 2 events are runing.

The servers are still in the US where the maintenance/patching is done. Seems like this will be the norm (hopefully) for emergency/quick patches... or may be just the norm. Was going to get the bundle yesterday but server was down. Today was going through toons and was getting around to getting the bundle until the downtime again, too late when it comes back up.
Also I wish they would do something about the playstartrekonline.com/arcgames.com log-in issue
I hate having to log into the playstartrekonline site before I go to the forums to make sure it does not go into that endless verify your not a robot bit that never works.
At the start when they moved most things to the startrekonline site it did not matter, as it kept you logged into the arcgames site, but now it tends to log you out.
Then you have to go to the startrekonline site if it does that and log in, as it will not get pass that 'are you a robot' bit if you try to go straight to the forums and are not logged in already.
"Check out the exciting changes coming to Star Trek Online in our latest patch notes!"
For the second consecutive day, my wife and i can't have our pleasant moment on sto, after a long work's day.
After reading change logs, these maintenances and especially their durations are really excessive, no major or breaking bug resolution, and no way for most working europeans to play for 2 days...
are you really sure that it's the best way to sell this ship bundle ? personally, i'll pass... these "new maintenance conditions" are stopping me to have my evening's entertainment, and i certainly won't spend money to support that.
What would really be exciting ? to be able to play when you've ended to work, as you did it since 14 years ...
Thx for your future efforts, DECA, because first impression since your sto acquisition is not really good for now...
I count on you to support efficiently your old and loyal players, you still have my trust, do your best guys, please.
It would be nice to know at least if they're planning on making this a regular thing (both the changed times, as well as doing maintenance on other days than Tuesdays and Thursdays).
I'm in the western part of Europe and for me this maintenance came very unexpected in the later part of the evening.
I usually play later in the evening. I could play a bit and work on daily missions immediately after coming home from work - but then I'd need to know whether that's going to be necessary from now on.
A bit of clarity regarding the maintenance schedule would be appreciated.

Ok guys... Chill out a bit.
The maintenance that came up the other day before the Anniversary Bundle dropped was delayed. They said that. Today's patch... I don't know. Maybe they thought to get it out as soon as possible. Its still early on. So lets not pull out pitchforks over one unexpected delay and a surprise maintenance the next day.
