Campaign VI Rewards

Hello,
I had just completed the Event Campaign VI and I did not receive all of my rewards.
I had received the Premium T6 ship box, but not the 2 T6 ship coupons or the 1500 Lobi.
I checked to see if it was in the item overflow, but they were not there.

The Lobi Crystals will end up near the top, but not quite right at the top.
Can you share some screenshots? We might be better able to help you...
I thought that the rewards go into your inventory or overflow when you get them. Don't think that they would automatically go into the bank.
Also, I already had Lobi and T6 coupons in my bank from previous giveaways, rewards and what not. I tend to be a hoarder and not use things unless I need to.
They generally would stack on what you already had with exception of the T6 coupons, which stack depending on if they are Account Bound or not.
IIRC the rewards are all in the box rewarded upon claiming, so you may need to open the box to receive the items.
In rare cases, there is an issue with items going into your inventory and are held in the cache. On PC you type /lootcancel or /loot_cancel to clear the cache to receive the items, but I don't know if this actually works on consoles as chat commands generally don't work on console.
In the case of yourself, it might be worth contacting Support (at the top of the page) and they will be able to double check what you received.
In the absence of others players not reporting the same issue, it's likely you've not opened the box, otherwise everyone would be reporting it.
Alas, no. When you claim the Event Campaign VI reward, you get 4 things drop into your Inventory:
If you're using a phone/tablet, it might be easier to photograph your TV screen and post that.
Not sure if this is going to help, as it has been a couple of days and I'm pretty sure that QA will not be able to determine if the lobi and t6 coupons in my bank are from previous giveaways and rewards.
They will probably just deem them as the reward I have received for the event campaign.
But here's hoping they can figure something out.
The Premium T6 Ship reward box is definitely there, but you've acknowledged receipt of that anyway.
You have 2x 100% Off T6 Coupon as well and well over 1500 Lobi Crystals, so to me it looks like you received everything you should have.
However, you're claiming you already had that much Lobi Crystals and already had the two T6 Coupons?
Look for the following text on the Event Coupons:
"Some exclusions may apply. Ships found in the New Items section of the Zen Store cannot be purchased with this coupon."
If it's there, at the bottom, then your T6 Coupons definitely came from the Event.
Alas, there's no way to tell the same from the Lobi Crystals - only Customer Support can help with that.
I have no idea how much Lobi I had before I claimed the Campaign VI rewards. The coupons do mention about the exclusions, but I'm pretty sure that ones you get in giveaways say the same, I could be wrong though.
If those items in my bank are indeed the rewards from Campaign VI, I find it odd that they went straight into my bank instead of my inventory or the overflow. That caused a lot of confusion. I have never had rewards go straight into bank without my interaction before.
And if those T6 coupons are from the Campaign rewards, then I would be missing at least one T6 coupon from past giveaways. I know I had some, but I only see the two that are in my bank and the one unboxed coupon in my account bank.
