Crew Uniformity

One of the things that messes with me a little is that while i can have a uniform crew it's something i have to put a absurd amount of work into, theres no way to make a set uniform for the crew and be able to apply it with a single press despite the ability to save personal uniforms. Additionally it's kinda hard to play as a single species crew like Remans, Letheans, or Orions because of the way that not only Doff acquisition works but the way that ship crews are staffed by a faction based generic soldier. A Reman captain should be able to have Remans all the way down, this is even presented as plausible by the New Romulus campaign, but i don't see a option to replace my Uhlans with Shadow Guard.

I kinda want a entire crew of Remans in borg armor as their uniform.
