Tiercel Romulan Shuttle

I made the mistake of claiming all available ships and shuttles to prepare my new toon. But when the mission for claiming a Tiercel shuttle comes up, "Small Packages" of the Romulan campaign, I can't claim one, I think because I already claimed it previously. This bug prevents progress in the Romulan Campaign.

You can only have one copy of each ship, and it's most likely you still have one in your Ship Roster or Drydock.
Discharge it to progress the mission.

There are also issues when you want to recover something you deleted that was from a pack and you have to remove everything else that was obtained from that pack just to get back the one item you want.
