Universal Endeavour: Complete a New Romulus Alert Mission

I spent over a half hour on New Romulus yesterday doing my ground weapon endeavors planning on doing this Universal as well and an alert never came up. Either remove this as an endeavor or fix the frequency at which the alerts occur.

    Waaaahhh, waah! Boo hoo! I didn't get my endeavour, so the game must be broke!

    Sorry, sarcasm aside and in all seriousness, I believe the Romulan Red Alerts happen every 30minutes or so.
    You may have just been unfortunately timed to beam down just after one ended and leave just before the next one started.
    I also find it very easy to miss the "Alert" button when I'm focussing on whatever else I'm doing.

    I know for sure they start at the bottom of every hour, haven't been there at the top of an hour to notice. Also, some are very hard to finish if people don't know how to complete the goal of the alert. A prime example is the bug infection one at the staging area. Folks don't go and pick up the bug spray to kill the insect clouds. Another one that fails often is the Vastam Peaks area. Many try to fight the Romulans in the area instead of just collecting the boxes to complete the alert.

    Update: The alerts do pop at the top and bottom of the hour.
