Superior Infiltrator boff trait missing

I am wondering where the boff trait is for my "Klingon (TNG) Female, KDF Engineering Bridge Officer" on my kdf recruit is. Trait is 'Superior Infiltrator'. At least that is what the tooltip says when I mouse over boff reward info on the transponder, but when I go to look on boff herself, the trait is not there, nor is any space trait for that matter.

That's not the same Bridge Officer.
