Map transfer errors causing BOffs to be removed

- If there is a Map Transfer Error to a TFO, all your BOffs will be removed upon entering. Reloading the loadout Does Nothing. So, instead of playing, you get to manually place everyone back. To bad if a BOff's specialty isn't what's needed for the seat...Its Locked!
- Get to a crowded social area, then que up a TFO with a ship that has a saved loadout. Repeat until you see the map transfer error message. It won't transfer until you bring up the status screen. Then Enjoy....
