Risian Kit not Upgrading...?

Long story short, the upgrade system isn't working on the risian kit on one of my toons, but works on others. No error codes pop up, it just doesn't give the option even though I know the toon is high enough level to unlock it from level infinity to mkXII. Did I do something wrong or is there something going on with the game?3lddqhihurfi.png

    That's a strange one. I just tested buying one on Tribble and it upgraded normally and was re-engineerable.

    It's been that way for me for the last 4 days. Bought one and upgraded it on my main, but on the character in question, I bought a second one at it too didn't upgrade.

    I am pretty sure you have to be level 60 in order to get level less items to mk12, you are only level 52.
