BOFF boosts bug CRTH CRTD etc stats

Not getting CRTH/CRTD etc. boosts from Watchers, RSO's and etc. etc since the latest update.

Example:

CRTD base stat 235 - but getting only 202....

- If you swap the BOFF to another boff and back again one by one you will get the normal stats back.

After doing all this manually back to 235 CRTD.

- Loading another map etc.. will loose all BOFF boosts they grant.

Loading different ship loadout etc does not fix it you have to manually swap each doff to restore your default stats.

Seems all players are affected.

    This bug is persisting even after the most recent patch on 03.14.24, but now no Boff S.R.O. traits are applying (I don't know about non-Romulan Boffs, because Romulan Supremacy!)

    Anyway, sadly nothing got fixed at least for Superior Romulan Operative (SRO) Boffs.

    This continues to be an issue. As of 3/19/24 SRO BOFFS do not seem to be adding Crit Chance. Testing in orbit of New Romulus - removing BOFF and reseating BOFF makes no difference in ship's Crit Chance stats. Hope this gets fixed soon!

    No mention of a fix in upcoming patch notes. My min maxed eagle needs the SROs I worked hard to get to function correctly but looks like we don't even know who is running the show never mind fixing the bugs.

    Yup, very frustrating, been working on this build for a while and upgraded all the BOFFS so as to get the max CritD...and now there's a bug :/

    BOFF ground traits which provide similar boosts have been broken for years since the upgrade token was introduced breaking most traits, be interesting to see if they only try to fix the space traits or all BOFF stat modifier traits. Given how they've done nothing about the ground ones despite on going tickets, I wouldn't expect to see a SRO fix soon, but one can only hope.

    Complicating the issue is that technically SRO stacking is a bug itself, the devs apparently could not fix it easily and so just left it as an "unintended good feature". Since something new apparently broke the old "bug" they could not figure out how to "fix" before I suspect it will be a long time before SROs are back to what they were before, if ever (though hopefully they will at least get them to at least work at all even if they cannot make them stack properly).
