MACO Impulse Engine 'vanity-like' visual and sound effect - please apply when in vanity slot

I absolutely LOVE the chain-link bubble effect and sounds associated with the MACO Impulse Engine, and want to put it on my ships as a 'vanity' option even when not equipped as my main Engine. Pretty please with some rep marks on top?!
