Can't sign in, changed password, and still can't sign in

Not sure what is going on. I have caps lock off, scroll lock tur off, and numpad off, and still can't sign in. I have no idea what is going on.
1st Fist of Light, Commander

    Ok so I was logging in on a short cut and that wasn't working at all. Then I installed the Arc client and I was able to get sign in.
    1st Fist of Light, Commander
    Section 31

    Same here, doesn't work my pass on Startrek or Neverwinter either :(
