Captain and Bridge Officer Outfit UI Needs Improvement.

The UI for the Captain and BO Outfit Screen is in dire need of improvement. This UI element has been virtually untouched since launch, and it's showing it's age. I would like to propose the following list of ways that it could be improved:
1. Allow players to create "Template" outfits with custom names which could be applied to BO's or Captains.
2. Expanding on the first suggestion, create an interface screen that would pop up before an away team mission that would allow players to select any of their currently created outfit templates to apply to their away team members either individually or as a group. This would allow players to create outfits specifically for away team missions that would not override their BO's normal uniforms.
These are the ones I would like to see the most. If anyone else has any suggestions, please feel free to post them.
