Federation Delta Recruitment Tutorial - Stuck in Teleportation Room

Requested by Support to submit my issue here.

Last map you were in: Federation Tutorial - Location - Ship Teleportation Room
Map you were going to: NA
What the issue is:
Issue One - The issue started at the Armory when equiping the rifle. The armory doors would not open to exit the room. I attempted to use 'I'm Stuck' without success. I then used 'Respawn'. My character respawned in the corridor but I was unable to interact with the Security Cadets, there were no BORG in the corridor and the transporter room door was inactive. I logged out of the game and came back to it later in the day to find my character now in the transporter room. The quest was still asking to meet up with the security cadets in the corridor but the transporter room but there is no option to exit the tranporter room back to the security cadets. My character is not trapped in the transporter room with respawning borg and a broken questline.
Issue Two: I collected the Server Downtime compensation on this character and have no way of transferring it to one of my other characters
- Experimental Ship Upgrade Token - Bound to Account - unlocks on T5U or T6 that I was intending to purchase for this character
- Elite Bridge Officer Training Token - Bound to Account - used on bridge officer
- Elite Captain Training Token - Bound to Account - used on character
What steps you already tried when attempting to resolve your issue: 'I'm Stuck' and 'Respawn'
Request: I have created an alternative Delta character and ask if the server downtime compensation items can be transferred from Ash@UMBRACORVUS#3600 to Umbra@UMBRACORVUS#3600
