Star Trek Collectors Edition - Joined Trill bug

Hello,
I have had the Star Trek Collectors Edition since forever and right now there is an issue with the Joined Trill Race.
All other Collectors edition unlocks are reflected in the Zen store and so far everything is usable except the Joined Trill Race.
The ZEN store sees it as not purchased, however I can choose to play as trill if I play as modern Federation.
I can't pick trill as Klingon, even though I should be able to.
Hopefully this issue can be resolved

Steps taken: Contacting Email support. Created this post after request from email support.

However, when I registered my CE of STO, I had codes to enter into the main website which unlocked all the parts it was supposed to unlock. Is it possible you missed something?
I dread to think, but those codes might not even work any more...
I posted them in case there are other things that might be missing from CE.
Everything else as you can see from ZEN store like the TNG etc uniforms are all unlocked as it should.
Any and all codes I had I used when I got the game. I still have two unused Guest passes but I don't think they'll be of any use nowadays
