Can someone help clarify this for me. Im in the UK

Im assuming PT is pacific time, also says 50per of all platforms this is also suggesting the PC, but the moment the arc client is still showing it at 229 (which i assumed was the original price of the things. Im just confused, if the sub price alot higher nowadays and the price in uk 229 is what it is with the 50pe

Got an alert, that the prices for lifetime are down. No price change in shop (Germany).
Is this a bug?
