Anyone have any idea where I can get this? It says rare ground drop so I've ran around Nimbus for three hours... nothing. None in the exchange either. Is there anywhere where this drops more often?

Try New Romulus or vendors on DS9
Also found 4 on the exchange by typing in twist. Cheapest was 950,000 EC

Ps4 so that would explain that. Pretty sure it's not available on DS9, especially if they are selling at a million! But thanks.
