I did that at least 10 times, no new patch and still same message....

Game lag so much that we only get year 2000 bug now ? ;)

    Try a Force Verify in the Launcher.

    Yeah, make sure On Demand Patching is turned off in the Options menu in the launcher, then turn on Force Verify, and let it patch.

    I would guess you have a virus that modified the exe.
