Game crash this morning

my game keep crashing and i force verify three times this morning and i cant play at all due to the crashing

    Ya I can no longer play either. It's been like that for about a week now for me. Soon as characters log in the game crashes. Be nice to do the Red Alert event ... It's the only game doing that for me too. Soon as Winter Event ended actually.

    My issues started after yesterdays patch. Gets to the cryptic loading screen and freezes up. I have to do a hard reboot of my PC . Have to do a force verify several times to get it to actually launch.

    1. There was no patch yesterday, just back end maintenance.
    2. Where are you all located, as it could be a geographical issue. ISP issue etc.
    3. Maybe a force verify may not resolve your issue as it could be some game files have become too corrupted and therefor a refresh install might be needed instead. Not ideal I know, but a fresh install can resolve issue that a force verify can not.
    4. When performing a force verify have you got on demand patching turned off. If it is on turn it off by unchecking the box.
    5. Try launching in safe mode. This will put all graphics settings to default.

    My crashes are random some days it does fine for a little while and others its every 5 minutes or so Have no idea why it started back in December tried everything any ideas on fixing the problem

    I am also experiencing constant random game crashes. They started for me 2/20/23 and I can find no reason for it. Sometimes I can play a TFO. Sometimes I crash in the middle and I can log back into the TFO and complete. Other times I can log in and immediately I crash. It is definitely random with no apparent pattern. Does not matter where my toon is or what toon. All of them can crash anywhere. I have forced verified AND I have completely reinstalled the game. Nothing has fixed it yet. Sometimes I get a windows error entry but not always.
