Missing Equipment After Changing Ships

art#4676 art Member Posts: 7 Arc User
I bought 2 items, and then upgraded them, and put them onto a ship. However they both disappeared from my account when I changed ships in preparation for a TFO.

As background, I used this weekend, an upgrade weekend, to upgrade a total of 16 items from MK XII VR to MK XV Epic. Although I loaded all 16 onto ships, 2 of them went missing after I changed ships.

I have looked in my inventory, bank, account bank, and on all my ships and these two items are nowhere to be seen. I did not delete them. I waited one day to see if they would return to my account, but they did not.

The details of the purchase and upgrades are as follows:
Prevailing Innervated Impulse Engines Mk XV [SecSpd-2] [Spd] EPIC
Tilly's Review-Pending Modified Shield Mk XV [Cap]x4 [Cp/Rg] EPIC

In total for the two missing items I used 59 Phoenix upgrades (worth approx 160,000 Dilitium), 59 Technology x2 booster upgrades (worth 144 million EC) for upgrading these 2 items. I also spent 24,975 Dilithium, 30,000 Energy Credits, 188 Competitive marks and 375 Discovery marks to purchase them.

    Try this.

Type into the chat bar /lootcancel or /loot_cancel. It may be that your inventory was too full when changing, and sometimes they get stuck in inventory-limbo because they haven't gone into your overflow.

Another thing to check is to go to the Ship Selection Officer and try to equip from there. There have been a few times where the item shows up there that haven't when I swapped ship in planetary space.

If you were a Klingon you'd be killed on the spot, but lucky for you.....you WERE in Starfleet. Let's see how New Zealand Penal Colony suits you." Adm A. Necheyev.
