Hey Captains! A surprise update to fleet donations went live on PC today! You can now donate doffs of any quality to your fleet projects - but be careful, because *you can donate doffs of any quality.* You can turn protected status on for Duty Officers, to keep them safe.

There also seems to be an issue with donating just dilithium by itself, we're looking into it.
