Show next downtime in landing page

Since the landing page appears on every character switch instead just once per login.
Today I totally missed the information of an unexpected downtime totally and last week I noted the 15 min warning.
This warning can easily be missed. The landing page is always avaible.

    Downtime ALWAYS appears on the launcher. You can't miss it. It's there in a red banner. The usual times 7am to 9.30 am pacific, 2pm - 4.30pm UTC.

    It doesn't have to be on the landing page as well.

    Only time maintenance times differ is when work is being carried out behind the scenes or if there is ARC maintenance which effects all games.

    Also if it's not at the typical time or announced beforehand, then the down time is most likely an emergency and thus unexpected to the devs as well and thus there's no point putting on the landing page because they won't know about far enough in advance for that to be of any use.
