The Path to 2409 Achievement Bug

Used my last datachip and got the '2409 Completed Accolade' but no Achievement.
'The Path to 2409' Achievement and the 'The History of New Romulus' Achievement are both bugged/unobtainable for me on the Xbox Series X

Can this be patched please?!
